Our sporting activities are fun and enjoyable. We create an atmosphere where everyone can express their talent and always make sure that the environment is safe for everyone. All our training sessions are assisted by volunteers (CRB checked) and qualified professional coaches.

At Ilamos we have a number of volunteers who have attained a Level 1 FA Coaching qualification and we aim to encouraged young people aged 16 and above to attend a coaching qualification to help us with our ever increasing demand for our sporting activities. We are also seeking to recruit volunteers who have experience in assisting with all sporting activities at Ilamos.

Recently, with the help from Enfield Sports Development team we were able to deliver successful sessions to a limited number of young people aged 11 to 16 in which some of our volunteers gained the relevant experience required to run a variety of sporting activities.

From the above activities we were able to identify the needs to provide more diverse sporting activities such as badminton, basketball and table tennis.
From the training session we select players who represent Ilamos in competitive local and regional league matches.

Currently we are fundraising to enable us to become more sustainable and build our long term objectives in developing young potential talent from the disadvantage community to get recognition of what they can achieve with the right guidance through Ilamos Youth Actions.
